Our Team

Justin Park is the founder and chief executive officer of Ratel Semiconductor, bringing over 25 years of experience in the analog integrated circuit (IC) industry. Recognizing the immense growth potential of Korean fabless companies, he founded Ratel Semiconductor in 2023 to seize emerging opportunities in the global semiconductor market.

Before establishing Ratel Semiconductor, Park spent 19 years at Richtek, where he held key leadership roles, including Vice President of Business Development (2022–2023), driving strategic partnerships and global expansion, and Korea Country Manager (2004–2022), successfully strengthening Richtek’s regional presence.

Earlier in his career, Park worked at Fairchild Semiconductor (2000–2004) in Product Marketing, where he gained foundational expertise in the semiconductor sector. Park earned a Master of Business Administration from the USC Marshall School of Business (2014–2016).

Aidan Jang is the Executive Director and the Vice President of Public Relations and Marketing at Ratel Semiconductor, bringing 21 years of experience in power IC, with a focus on display power management.

Prior to joining Ratel, Aidan worked at LG Display and Richtek, where he served as the Display Sales Team Director at Richtek Korea, overseeing key display-related initiatives.
